MODERN SLAVERY STATEMENT FOR FINANCIAL YEAR 2021
Introduction
This document was approved by the Company Director of IDON SRLS on 1 June 2022 and illustrates the measures taken pursuant to the UK “Modern Slavery Act 2015 - Section 54” to ensure the absence of any form of "modern slavery, forced labour and human trafficking" within and along its supply chain. The contents of this statement refer to the financial year ended 31 December 2021.
Iconic Puzzles is managed and owned by IDON SRLS (hereinafter also referred to as “IDON SRLS" and/or “The Company"), an entity committed to conducting its business with professionalism, promoting the adoption of ethical and virtuous conduct and ensuring the total condemnation of any form of human rights abuse. In particular, IDON SRLS is committed to fighting modern slavery in all its manifestations, both within its organisation and along its supply chain, in line with the principles set out in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.

Founded in Cesenatico (Italy) in 2020, IDON SRLS is a company that deals with designing, manufacturing, producing, importing, supplying and selling products.
For two years now, IDON SRLS has put its main focus on the design, production and sale of wooden puzzles, and it was the only company to have brought to Italy and all over the world sports related wooden puzzles.
IDON SRLS operates on all major markets: Europe, North America and Central America, UK, Asia and Oceania.
The company's goal is to be the world's leading brand in the wooden puzzle market by 2023.
IDON SRLS is managed and managed by the legal representative and company director Davide Guidi.
The company also makes use of various external professionals who work for agencies, or freelancers, to manage all the customer service, product design, order shipments and corporate accounting.
Supply chain profile
In 2021, a total of 1 supplier were involved in the manufacture of IDON SRLS products (wooden puzzles). The supplier is located in China. The company has decided that rather than using more suppliers, it prefers to help the growth of the current supplier, also by purchasing machinery and helping its development, to guarantee higher volumes in the future but without sacrificing quality.
Company policies for the protection of Human Rights
IDON SRLS, as already mentioned, has no permanent employees for the moment. In any case, the company is keen to ensure that all freelancers and agencies with which it collaborates are respected for their work. IDON SRLS is also keen to ensure that the supplier it relies on has ethical standards for the protection of human rights.

IDON SRLS constantly committed to conducting its business responsibly, condemning all forms of modern slavery. The Company will continue to work proactively to find new ways and instruments to encourage respect for human rights beyond its corporate boundaries by sharing its values and principles throughout the supply chain.
